The neighbourhood of l'Eixample was designed in the XIX by Ildefons Cerdà, to extend the territory of the city and make it more comfortable for citizens. This area has nothing in common with the Old City of Ciutat Vella. However, it is located in a central area next to the architectural pearls and the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, such as the Basilica and the Expiatory Temple of the Sagrada Familia and the Hospital of Santa Creu and Sant Pau. Also in this area, there are a lot of parks, avenues, and nice streets to walk around. And only a few steps away you can find several supermarkets, all kinds of shops, banks, and many other places.
How to get to the apartment?
The nearest metro station is Sant Pau | Dos de Maig (L5). This metro station is well connected with other parts of the city, so you can easily reach the centre of Barcelona, Barcelona-El Prat airport or any of the train stations. There are also a lot of bus stops that can take you anywhere.

Please, note that we charge the agency fee as "other costs" but that the monthly charge should be paid all together up front at the check in.

- more than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent.
BILLS:
The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you
CONTRACTS:
- Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor.
- Contract should be fully signed before checking in
CHECKIN:
Tenants to arrive at our office in Carrer de Llacuna 94 with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys
If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm.
PAYMENT:
You have 3 options to pay the balance
1. Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm)
2. Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
3. Bank Transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day.
